Would RecommendI bought this mainly to make rice, and honestly… I wish I had bought it sooner. It has quickly become one of my favorite pots in the kitchen. The heat retention is amazing. Once it heats up, it stays hot and cooks the rice very evenly. When I make Korean-style pot rice, the grains turn out fluffy and moist, and the bottom gets that perfect crispy layer. It seriously makes the rice taste better than a regular rice cooker. My husband loves rice, and every time I use this pot he says the rice taste...
