Great concept. Mediocre quality

This rolling toolbox separates into two units. This is great for my business where I need the usual tools everyday and may need other tools for special jobs that are stored in the lower/larger toolbox. The issue with this toolbox is the wall thickness is very thin. This will be an issue if you knock it around, use it in cold temps or need a toolbox to last more than a few years without becoming brittle.

Handy dandy mobile tool box.

If you want to drag your tools around with you to the project location and not have to go back to the drawer or workbench, then this is your kind of tool box. Light weight and very sturdy. I wouldn't mind if the hand was a bit longer, but is very workable.

Good for light weight tools and supplies

The hinge on the lid, which is what is used to pick up to tool box with, is the weak link. The first box I had, the hinges broke because of the weight. This is the second box I've bought and will only use it for light weight use. if you are looking for a tool box for heavy weight tools, look at a steel box, not a plastic one. Rather disappointing considering the price.

The handle could use a little bit more length. All in all a great light weight tool box. I use mine for detailing products for my cars. Great depth in the bottom for spray products with the sprayer attached. Wouldn't want it for heavy tools though.

This toolbox is not made to take a beating. If it falls over it can easily shatter the pool out handle.

I work in the reconstruction field and was needing a tool box to hold all my tools and thought this was a good choice! Guess again, not even a week after I bout this thing it broke, cheaply made! Glad I didn't spend a bunch of money on this. Do not recommend if you need a heavy duty one

Rolling Tool Chedt

Moving from Maui to Virginia. we needed a light weight chest to store a few tools. Works well! Was impressed by the quality, wheels appear strong. The design is clever in the way the handle is attached. The third (center) tray is a nice concept. All in all, nice portable tool chest.

BEWARE of the weight you put in this system.

I purchased this tool box for use with our camper, tool storage and transport with the camper. The numerous varied sized compartments are great for the small items that need to be kept on hand while traveling. The bottom was adequate enough for a small jack stand (closed), an ac/dc compressor and a 25' extension cord. The top tool box held all of my hand tools; screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, hammer, hatchet, etc. This worked well for about a year, then the lid hinges on the top tool box started...

I’m really disappointed as the size and number of compartments would have worked very well for my application. However, the wheels are too flimsy to last more than a few uses even with only about a 10 pound load. The ground clearance isn’t sufficient so the underside drags even on nearly flat surfaces. The handle is too short so you have to hunch over when pulling it (I’m only 5’ 9”) and a wheel will keep running over your foot again, because the handle is too short. HINGES BREAK AFTER ONE DAY! ABSOLUTE JUNK!

Do not buy this piece of trash. Other reviewers are correct. First time I tried to wheel it anywhere the junk plastic hinges all broke. Didn't even make it five feet. Not suitable for tools. It is, as noted, perfect for a sewing kit, or perhaps some delicate, lightweight ceramic artiste's gear. IT IS NOT A TOOLBOX! BE WARNED!!

Stanley 11.5-in Lockable Wheeled Black Tool Box

I love it and have recommended this to friends. I use it to store and carry all my ceramic class items, such as brushes, paints, cleaning tools, etc. Two of my classmates went to Lowes in Avondale, Arizona and was told they don't have any more in the store; and that they are discontinuing this item. We are all sorry to hear that.

My opinion is unfortunately the same as that of others who have had a negative experience with this tool box. In addition to wobbling wheels and questionable hinge strength, the vertical walls of the lower toolbox have cracked along the top edge and the sides of the box are no longer firmly attached at the corners. Trash!

I bought this box a few days ago. Love the design but hate the durability. Started filling it with tools and the top hinges broke without having hardly anything in the pockets for weight! Needless to say the box is now useless. I haven't even had a chance to actually try it out on a job!

Should have lockable wheels

My husband was really happy with this present and I, mistakenly, told him the wheels locked. He looked it over and said there wasn't any way to lock the wheels. So I looked at the description online again and realized that when it stated "lockable wheeled" I thought it said lockable wheels. That was one reason I bought this. Hinges did indeed break 31days after purchased

I'm a solar electrician, so when I found this product i was super excited. all the little things I need to lug to an install and a seperate middle box for all of my bits was perfect. Until, going up a driveway I hit a little spot and bang, the top came flying off along with all my tools and bits on the driveway. Didn't even think to look at the plastic hinges that pretty much pull the whole thing. If this product could actually last this is exactly what I've always needed.

Junk! All the hinges broke off and now it is junk

It looked like it was just what I needed. Lots of room and easy to move about. Boy was I wrong, I put my tools in it and then tried to move it! The wheels have very bad support and bowed under the load. I moved it to the place I need to use the tools and after through I took it back to the steps.
