Just received the product. Installation was very easy. So, there is a bit of a learning curve to overcome as my Mom has to adjust to using the grab bar to assist with stand from the bed to the floor. Will possibly write another review in a few weeks once more attempts to stand have been made.

I am pleased with this bar and have used for three weeks. Bought a second one for other location. My wife is "handy" so she could figure out how to adapt it to our ceiling height that is not standard but within the correct range for the product. This can be done but the booklet is very basic. Instructions should show that product can assemble in more than just one way.

Me and my son feel the tension on it's own is very secure. My husband would prefer we screw it into our ceiling. However we have brand new marble floor and brand new ceiling in our bathroom.

just received a few days ago, quick,easy setup and adjustment for handle placement. so far pleased with product.

So easy to assemble and use.

I just put this together extremely fast, which is not how I move now a days. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I sat down and after a few minutes I needed to get up again. I grabbed the handle and could not believe the amount of pain I did "Not" feel in the process. I could hug whomever made this. I bought a different one before this and didn't realize I had to drill it into the floor and ceiling. This product, no drilling and I feel it's very secure. better directions

seems to work . needed to buy a block to elevate as poles where to long or short for 7'9" ceiling. didn't feel like cutting pole. a diagram showing real height of section with inset and the span for jack screw with also a four inch pole segment.
