Couldn' figure out how to get what i actually orde
Would Not RecommendStarted the purchase back in May 2026. Paid for the order. 2-3 weeks later, the order was canceled via Lowes. No reason given; just refunded and canceled. Keep in mind, i had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the guy to come out and measure exactly how much carpet and padding would be needed. Called Lowes, no one could figure out why, except that it appeared the carpet we ordered wasn't allowing the order to go through. They verified there was enough in stock, which they said they had pleanty. O...

Nothing to do with the carpet
Would Not RecommendScheduled the measurement, trying to move this project forward. Was given morning or afternoon for measurement, chose afternoon. Took the afternoon off. Contractor messages at 10am, they cannot do today how about tomorrow. Bad first impression. I messaged I cannot and no thank you. I will find help elsewhere. So he replied back it was on me because it should have been morning appointment not afternoon.

Would RecommendWe went in and ordered carpet for our bedroom. Had it measured the next day and was installed within a week. It was a great turn around. We are happy with the install and the quality of the carpet and the installers.
