What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, rich colors, and natural wood-like finish that transforms homes. Most find installation straightforward once they master the locking technique, and many commend its durability in high-traffic and pet-heavy households, noting it resists scratches and spills effectively. However, some report frustration with the plank locking mechanism, describing difficulty getting seams to stay locked and requiring excessive force. A few mention inconsistent plank coloring or visible scratches upon arrival. Despite these challenges, most customers consider the flooring's appearance and durability well worth the investment.

This product has survived in a house with two 90+lb Shepherds and still looks like new. The only downside is they have discontinued this color.

Looks Gouged and Scratched
Would Not RecommendI thought the top boards in each of the boxes were badly scratched until I realized that the scratches are part of the design. They are more like gouges and really make the floor look roughed up. I didn't notice it in the online pictures, though you can see if it if you zoom in closely. I purchased the lightest finish and plan to return the product. Look at it closely in person. If you want a very rustic, very abused appearance, this may be for you. It did not work for me.

Great Customer Service for Flooring
Would RecommendTwo weeks ago I purchased flooring for my house, at the Walnut St store, in Cary. A couple of minutes later a young man, named Ty came out to help me. He was very personable and professional. He asked what I was interested in and proceeded to look it up on the computer. He informed me that they had quite a b...
