What Customers Are Saying
The Stinger woodboring spade drill bit set offers a mixed performance. Many users report the bits are durable and provide a fast, clean cut through various woods, particularly praising the self-feeding auger tip. However, some customers experienced issues with the bits bending, warping, or breaking, especially when drilling through harder woods or encountering obstructions. Careful selection of bit size and drilling technique is recommended to achieve the best results.

Would RecommendOn par with Diablo, flat design instead of twisted, we will see longevity but so far solid bit.

Spider bits are the better bit when drilling.
Would RecommendSpider bits are truly some of the best bits on the market when it comes to cutting or drilling holes...they are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they are trusted to get the job doen and will hold a edge for a while as long as they are used properly and appropriately.
Cuts like Butter through wood
Would RecommendThis is my second set to buy as it fits very slim in my packout system. I keep one at home and one at work. It has every bit i need and cuts through wood like butter.

Decent, but there’s better
Would RecommendThey are okay. I like the self feeding tips. They don’t last as long as Diablo.
remarkably bad
Would Not Recommendthese bits are terrible. they clog and bind constantly. my year old, very dull Irwin bit is five times as fast as the brand new spyder. mind boggling that this product made it to market.
