Horrible customer service!!!
I ordered 2 16 gauge 25 foot wire items, one yellow and the other red. The yellow wire was delivered but no red wire. I complained and they sent me a second yellow wire!! After receiving it a few days later, I drove to Lowe's to exchange the yellow wire for the red that I originally ordered. The woman at the service desk said that she was only filling in while the regular service person was in the bathroom. I waited for 5 minutes but no one returned.
