Dysfunctional pickup system
Would RecommendThe product is just fine. The problem is with Lowe's (Duke Drive, Alpharetta, GA) curbside pickup system. I ordered online, received a text message that my order was ready for pickup and drove to the store and parked in #1 pickup spot. The sign at the head of my spot said for me to click on the link in my order ready notification HOWEVER there was no link in the text message I received. I tried to call customer service about the problem but got an AI bot that would not let me talk to a human...
