Would RecommendI bought it for a fountain. Works beautifully even though its a 2.5 foot lift. Not noise at all. Just make sure to have it fully submerged before you try to start it. Self primes REALLY well.

Small pond pump
Pump works well but not big enough for my pond. And the intake valve is so small that it collects debris quickly and needs cleaned every other day...but could be cleanness of my pond. But the water flow is strong when valve is clean.

Would RecommendWorks like a champ as designed but recommend doing a test prior to install to ensure all parts are fitted tightly. It may not want to start initially. Do a bucket test first and this will help prime it.
