What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the realistic stone appearance and ease of cleaning, with most expressing high satisfaction. Many highlight the stunning visual design that mimics authentic travertine without grouting, comfortable underfoot feel, and simple maintenance. However, several report frustration with the interlocking system, noting tiles are difficult to click together and may require mallets or additional tools. A few mention defective tiles or surface issues. Despite installation challenges, most customers state the final result justifies the effort and recommend the product.

Would RecommendI bought these as a sample to get an idea on how the flooring will look in our kitchen. It's well worth the $5 to see a full sized piece of the flooring.

Beautiful LVT that makes a huge statement
Would RecommendWe love this LVT. I purchased because the coloring and texture was so close to travertine I was fooled at first. Once out down it gave a kitchen/dining area in an older home a beautiful modern look. We used it to match existing hardwoods and new cabinets. It brought the whole area together perfectly and is doing a great job with a high traffics area. Is soft underfoot and very quiet. Easy installation.

Would RecommendI just had this flooring installed in my bathroom and It’s great! My ONLY complaint is Lowe’s no longer sells the matching quarter round design so I had to choose a wood quarter round look

SMARTCORE Tivoli Travertine
Would RecommendHad this installed in a large kitchen/dining room combo. It has now been five years and still love it. Easy to take care of by damp mopping and dogs do not slip on lit like they do our wood laminate living room floor. If we had to do it over again...we would go with this tile again and again.

Very disappointed. We were trying to decide on luxury tile flooring for our kitchen and ordered a sample tile. We live far from a Lowe's store so before we went in we wanted to see if we like the sample. We did. So we called the store to order it for pick-up and it turned out that the sample had the right name/wrong number?? on it and it was discontinued. Lost a sale on that one.

This floor if properly installed is rock solid. I have had an installation for over 5 years and looks just as good as the day it was installed with a little wear of course. It is important to double tap to make sure pieces are seated once locked in place I use and end of a pice used to finish a row and flip it around, then lock it in place to make a flat surface to put the floor bar onto that way you won’t risk damaging any of the lips. This worked great and have installed over 50 boxes using ...
