Locking Mechanism Garbage
Would Not RecommendFloor looks decent enough, but I’m five rows into installing and every board is hard to lock into place. Requires hammering, not just tapping. Not sure I will finish install, or try another product.

Disappointed
Would RecommendWe were told there would be no delivery charge yet we were charged $80. We were also told that when we took out a Pro Card we would get an additional 5% off, above and beyond any other discounts. We did not receive this either. Other than that we are happy with everything.

I'll return this item I was going to have it installed from the person that measured for my flooring to ordering everything it was a total screw up four different people wind up dealing with my order the people at Monroe Lowe's and the people I do it with on the phone don't know what they're doing I won't buy anything else from them.
