What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this router and table combo for exceptional value, powerful motor performance, and user-friendly design. Most highlight the soft start feature, variable speed control, ergonomic handles, and one-finger switch as standout qualities, particularly for beginners and those with physical limitations. The solid construction and large viewing window with LED lighting earn consistent approval. Some note design limitations with the fence and sub-base hole sizing for different bit shanks. A few report isolated quality issues like motor failures or overheating during demanding tasks. Overall, reviewers consider it an excellent value for home woodworkers and DIY enthusiasts.

I am a hobbyist, and this router works great for me. It is comfortable to hold and for someone with arthritic hands, this is a huge plus. I have one I use in the Skil router table and one I use by hand. The power is good for my use and I would recommend this router to anyone,

worst router i have ever owned
Would Not Recommendtrying to run a bit to make cabinet doors and have to feed very very slow and it still shuts down due to over heating and I can smell it burning inside this hunk of junk will be going back Skill was a good trusted brand but anymore I think I would be better off going to Harbor Frieght
Good router for price
Would RecommendRouter has plenty of power. Depth gauge hole will not fit a 1/2” round over bit. Had to enlarge the hole to fit larger bits. Once done it functioned like advertised.
