What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this jigsaw for exceptional value and reliable performance. The 6-amp motor delivers clean, accurate cuts across various materials, with variable speed control and smooth operation handling curves and intricate cuts effortlessly. Reviewers highlight tool-free blade changes, ergonomic grip, and balanced weight reducing fatigue. The LED halo light and dust blower improve visibility and accuracy. I wish I could tell you BUT Lowes delivery was missing the item and Lowes does NOT take responsibility for deliveries. This is day 3 and all LOWES wants to do is point fingers at its Outsourced Delivery, leaving me with an EMPTY BAG and no refund. If you buy it at LOWES and have it delivered you are taking on a chance on getting NOTHING !!!! Even if you speak to the Store Manager !!!!!!

Easy to use and makes clean cuts
Would RecommendThis SKIL jigsaw was one of the first power tools I owned. It actually took me a while before I finally used it, but once I did, I was very pleased with how easy it was to operate. Would RecommendGreat Jigsaw!
I bought this to trim Trex decking to fit the curves of an inset spa. Skil jigsaw works great with the variable speed settings, wrap around led light, dust blower, and easy insert saw blade holder. Feels precise and runs smoothly. It fills my needs and I would recommend it for any home DIY work.

Lasted 2 years
Would Not RecommendDid not have good luck with this jig saw. It lasted 2 years with not a whole lot of use. Noticed it would always warm up in my hand with less than 20 minutes of run time with the occasional stops and starts. I am used to having power tools lasting more than 5 years while using them more often. The Black and Decker Jigsaw I used before was more than 20 years old. I would spend the extra money and buy a better brand: Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc. Longer warranty and wouldn’t be surprised if it lasted ...
