1000 Dollar Trash

Machine only used twice, light residential, garage kept Machine will not operate. There are only 2 approved service centers in my area.I was told 3 weeks wait to look at unit. Customer service is non existent and the registration completed is of no use,they can't even acknowledge registration.

Great Power Washer With a Few Minor Issues

This summer I decided to start my own power washing business. I'm 15 and this power washer fit well into my budget. So far, it has been very reliable and the maintnence is easy and straightforward. My unit did not come with a wand and spray gun, but thankfully our vendor let us take one from another unit that was being returned. Decent Power Washer - lousy lance

Unit is GOOD. They include a bottle of Amsoil small engine oil. EXCELLENT. BUT - the lance is a straight up leaky piece of garbage and Simpson has yet to send a replacement. I had to use an old one and ordered an extension from Amazon because the leaky wand/lance. Leaks at the quick connect (tip) side threads - threads that were malformed, double threaded.

Not happy

Only used it 3 times and it has exploded. I just don't understand.

Damaged when received

Unit was damaged. Dented gas tank, scratches down the side. Looks used. Going to return unit as Simpson customer service just told me I would need to go through Honda to get a new gas tank and heat shield, they want me to rebuild a brand new $1k pressure washer that I haven’t even taken out of the box. Going to try to purchase another one and just hope it’s not anywhere near the condition of the one I received. DON'T BUY

Within a week unit was shutting down within 2 minutes of using.

I brought this on Sep 15 and it already breakdown

first few days it worked great. And almost after 15 days break, I tried to use again and all of sudden after 30 mins usage, it started leaking the water at the valve where we connect the connector hose to pressure washer. And it doesn't give me an option return as it's past 30 days. Don't know what to do now. without proper pressure it won't work.

Pump broke

The Pump broke just after two months. Was used for cleaning the exterior of my house.

Absolutely rips!

Pressure washer works amazing. One downside was the o ring in the hose to gun quick disconnect failed the second time I used it. Have to get some more o rings.

Damaged in shipping

Item arrived completely soaked in oil. There was a bag of provided oil that exploded during shipping, coverign the entire unit with oil. The bubble wrape aroudn the tips of the handle is useless and scratched in the fram of the unit on both sides.

Great product!

We purchased the Pro Series PS60918 about 2 years ago after our other ones kept breaking. We were impressed with how well it worked we decided to get this 2nd unit to keep up with productivity. We have a party rental business & these units are used for commercial cleaning & everything in between. Very easy to use. We haven't had any issues with either of them. Definitely recommend.

the only issue is that i paid for 4000psi. Tested with two different gauges, will only pressurize to 3500 at the pump
