Ratings & Reviews for simplehuman 58L rectangular sensor can with voice and motion control white steel

Broken out of the Box

Had a Simplehuman Sensor can for over 10 years and loved it. It finally failed so I didn't hesitate to purchase a replacement. Big mistake, new one feels cheaply made and more than double what I paid for the old one. I would have dealt with it except when I plugged it in and started using it I couldn't get the lid to fully open. It would just open an inch and then just click a bunch, like when motor was slipping. Sad to say will probably be moving on.

I am NOT happy with

I am NOT happy with my purchase and am interested in return it. For the price it should open immediately upon request. I have to repeat myself way to many times for it to reapond

Perfect

Fits in my space perfectly. My husband loves the voice command option.

Such a Lovely Can!

This is now our 3rd can. (We've been buying them for years!!) Just makes us happy - so easy to use and looks lovely at the end of the island. - sb

I like how it stays

I like how it stays open if you are standing near it. I also like that the sensor's range is small at the beginning so it doesn't open accidentally when you are walking by. I'm very satisfied with the purchase so far.

Awesome

It's working perfect. I'm happy. I'm a happy customer.

Second can! Love it, but VERY pricey

Love the can, but since our last purchase, the price has went up significantly. Not sure that I’d buy one if I hadn’t already liked the current can.

The best trashcan!

There is no comparison. This is the best trashcan you will ever own.

Can does not function properly

Opens and closes in its own and does not respond to command.

Best barrel ever

First time owning one of these barrels. This one is fast superior to all the others I have purchased. No bag ring to deal with they sell their own bags which are a great bargain and they fit well and they are well-made. Whisper quiet there’s nothing bad I can say about this barrel. it was definitely expensive but worth every penny.

Nice upgrade

More responsive and versatile co. pared to olderodel

Great garbage can

Well built and the ability to just say open can is fantastic when your arms are full

Best can ever

Great garbage can. Works great. Nice to have a touchless garbage can

Strong, Convenient, and a Perfect

Strong, Convenient, and a Perfect Fit! I am very happy with these simplehuman trash can liners. They fit my 58L trash can perfectly and stay securely in place without slipping down into the can. The liners are thick and strong, so I do not have to worry about them tearing or leaking when the bag is full. I also like that they are easy to put in and remove, which makes taking out the trash m

Fantastic quality - Could not be happier

I highly recommend this trash can as it is of the upmost quality and is so finely crafted, it is bar none the best trash can I have ever had. The quality is beautiful and gives me the old school vibes of "American Made. " Also, the tech on this is so nice. You can speak to the trash can and it will open, stay open and close to your voice. It is highly accurate. The only downside I would say is that you are forced to purchase their trash bags, because this trash can is pretty big and the regula...

We could not imagine our kitchen without the wave can.
