My new favorite kitchen essential. I was impressed by the packaging before I even opened the box. Extremely well thought out. That soap pump was not going to get scratched nor crushed in transit. Job well done! And the 9oz soap pump is fantastic. Serves up the perfect amount of liquid soap each time. So nice being able to wash my hands without spreading germs while prepping chicken for dinner. Makes me happy 😊 Such a minor item has made a huge impression.

Hello, I am a loyal long term customer of yours. I have purchased 4 dispensers for my self and 4 to gift to both my children. I love your product but get irritated when it does not deliver soap. I have thrown away two after repeated cleaning and following all of your instructions. The one I am using now has been better over the older models. Upgraded from the 2009 model and I'm impressed

I had the 2009 model of this soap dispenser, so naturally when the motor finally started going out on the old one, I had to buy the same brand that had lasted me 17 years! I love the rechargeable feature, the on/off switch (because I like to wipe it down every few days without dispensing soap everywhere) and the distance to soap amount dispensed feature. Liquid sensor pump

After having the larger liquid sensor pumps for over a period of approximately five years with several of the pumps going out, I am looking forward to switching to these smaller-size, updated pumps and hopefully the four-month charge time will actually work. Hoping these smaller, updated liquid sensor sensor pumps will perform over the long run more efficiently than their predecessors.

Amazing New Soap Dispenser

I recently upgraded all of the motion sensor soap dispensers for my home I purchased in 2020. This new model is incredible and addresses all of the upgrades I wish the old model had. No more changing batteries 3-4 times a year…It is rechargeable!! It holds a lot more soap…. less times you need to refill…. It’s light weight! Simple on/off switch for cleaning. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you want something beautiful and high end in your bathrooms.

The pump is great because it will give a little or a lot of soap depending on where you place your hands under the nozzle

I’ve ordered 5 of these and they all crapped out

Literally over night all the pumps in my dispensers stopped working. I would not buy. I’ve had to do warranty replacements after 6 months. Some after two years and no longer fall under the warranty. These are too expensive for how easily they break.

Great product

Bought as a gift. Love the different amounts of soap dispensed and length of time before charging required.

Disappointed

I purchased this pump after my original one of many years stopped working. I was totally surprised to see that this pump is smaller in height and diameter than my original one and the pumping action/amount of soap dispensed is less than my original. I love Simple Human products and own several. This is the first time I have been disappointed.

Love it

Simplehuma has been a very sustainable brand. I purchase my first trash can from this brand 25 years ago and I have not had to replace it. We need more brands like this. Thank you for caring for our planet.

Works Well

The Liquid Sensor Pump from Simplehuman works well & is durable.

I had the larger model, but got stuck with the older smaller one.

Apparently you can't buy the larger kitchen version unless you get it as a set with the sponge holder. When the batteries died in my older larger model, I ordered this one, not realizing it was smaller and doesn't hold as much. I'll keep it. But you really should sell both sizes separately. Not everyone wants a sponge tray.
