The SimpleHuman automatic soap dispensers are high quality and very convenient to use. Anyone can benefit form them, but they are especially helpful for anyone with arthritis. We own several of them & use them in the kitchen & bathrooms for both soap & lotion

I Love It!
So far so good! I love the bronze color, it matches perfectly with my kitchen faucet. Not to mention I love the fact that I don't have to touch the dispenser to get soap which means no more pumps, no water on my counter and no cross contamination while I cook! More than likely I will purchase 3 more, one for every bathroom!

New design/model of the soap dispenser
The Newer model is great! Much easier to turn off to change or to fill up with soap. The sensor is not as touchy, when dispersing the soap as the later model was. Very happy with the new design that simplehuman came up with.

Works well
I really like Simple Human products. This soap dispenser could have a larger capacity. I have a larger one in my kitchen but it isn’t available anymore. The improvement to be made is a smaller range of soap amount being dispensed. A few drops at times are less wasteful. The smallest setting is too much for small. However, I still like it and I will keep it.

New Design
The new design of the Liquid Sensor Pump seems smaller and the material seems not as solid. I ordered it in black and the connection for recharging is silver and stands out on my kitchen island instead of blending in like the old design which was black. It still functions like the old design.

It’s nice.
I like it enough. It’s nice and convenient. I had the foaming dispenser but it stopped working and the company informed me that it won’t be available again for many months. So I got this one instead. It’s a decent substitute for the foaming dispenser.
