The pump is stylish and functional. The sensors are quite sharp and ‘sense’ and dispense soap easily without having to wave your hands at it. Pump dispensers either as much or as little depending on the distance from the spout. I also like that it does not need batteries! The included cable charges quickly and the charge lasts for several weeks under high usage.

Excellent soap pump
I have homes in Florida and Michigan and have these pumps in both homes. Love them! They work great as stated. Highly recommend these pumps to anyone who wants to go electronic.

Somewhat Disappointed
This replacement sensor pump is designed to give more soap when putting your sponge low and raising it up and less soap if you just stick it under the sensor pump

Doesn’t last
I have purchased 6 of these sensor pumps over the past years. They last just over the two years warranty. Just this week I had another one go bad. I’ve had it a year, it was a gift, but since the serial number indicated it was over two years old, I’m out of luck. Not a happy consumer👎👎

Liquid sensor pump
The look of the pump is asthetically stunning. However the performance is not functioning well. It either releases too little or too much liquid soap. Yes I’m very aware that the amount of soap released depends upon where the palm of my hand located. It did automatically. In the older model, I was able to control the amount of soap released by pressing it plus or minus button.

Replacement Product
When my liquid sensor pump failed to keep a charge Simple Human sent a replacement immediately. I have 2 other pumps that work smoothly.

Sleek and functional
Our lovely new soap dispenser is working so well we bought a second one for hand lotion. So far so good. The brass color is soft and looks smart with brushed nickel faucets.

Overall Unsure
My rating is a reflection of my overall experience with our three pumps. This is the second pump that had to be replaced. But, it’s size is smaller than the one it now sits alongside. Also, our three pumps have three different charging mechanisms. So in summary, we have three pumps two sizes and three different charging mechanisms. This is not the quality and consistency I had expected from SimpleHuman.
