Nice concept/cabinets, poor execution

We ordered the cabinets from Lowe’s and they came in faster than expected, that was good. Overall, cabinets are good, but for the price we paid the finish is definitely subpar. 2 of the doors were not glued correctly, the finish on 4 other doors were poor, some marred. Our sales person ordered 6 replacement doors. The new doors came in and had scratches that were clearly touched up, and one had a chunk taken out that someone used wood filler on and then tried to stain. On top of that, the...

Great cabinet for the price

We wanted to add cabinets to our dining room for extra storage but didn’t want the price tag that came with it. Plus, we needed a smaller size than standard kitchen size. Adding a butcher block countertop really adds to the cabinets. These cabinets are well made, sturdy and have a great look to them.

We purchased these a couple of months ago and for the most part we love them. They are great quality, but there were a few issues with the construction of the cabinets.

Lovely cabinets

Bought these cabinets through Lowe’s. Have been very satisfied with the cabinet quality and the overall experience dealing with Lowe’s.

Some positives and some negatives

The positives are that I really love the finish and the materials used are quality wood. Now the negatives: First, delivery was an absolute nightmare. This was not on Shenandoah exactly, but on the delivery company they used. I won’t go into every detail but it was nearly 3 weeks after the delivery company received my cabinets at their warehouse before I actually received them. Soft close cabinets are definitely worth the upgra

I have had my cabinets installed for about 3 weeks now. I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the finish, the paint scuffs and chips easily, but touch up products were included. The tracking on the drawers are very good quality, and I am so glad I went with the soft close feature. No more hearing cabinet doors bang close.

Very disappointed

I bought this product in June and it is now the middle of September and I still don’t have all the parts. 3 cabinets came broken and one door broke in the 1st week. For. $20,000 purchase I can’t say it is worth what I paid.

Solid cabinets, great features

My wife really likes the color, selection and features of the new cabinets. Yet, we had several issues that could have been avoid if you have better quality control. We experienced warped cabinet doors, misaligned drawers, incorrect inserts, etc. it has taken time to get those resolved but we are getting there.

Excellent product

How about these countertops a couple months ago but we are just now starting the renovation on the kitchen. The cabinets have been installed and they look great.

The cabinets look great but upset that some of the cabinets are missing the pellets for the cabinets. The pellets I brought from the store are too big and therefore I have to wait until the ones ordered come finish setting up the cabinets. Also, cabinet doors needed to be adjusted

Overall quality was good, there were a few edges not plumb. There were some dings and scratches on the surface found after unboxing.
