Still missing items
In the first order, they forgot 33 items. In the second shipment, which is supposed to be missing items, they forgot an additional seven items. It’s been several months. I still don’t have all of my products. It has been kind of frustrating.

Poorer quality than expected
I didn’t buy the high end cabinets. These were considered mid grade. The joints were not tight or glued. Several cabinets came damaged (not delivery fault). Overall I guess it’s worth spending more to get better quality.

Beautiful cabinets
We recently purchased the Breckenridge line of Shenandoah cabinets for our new home build. They arrived extremely carefully packed, only some of the drawer clips were broken (plastic). I immediately notified Shenandoah about the issue & they shipped new ones out to us right away. I am extremely happy with the color & style of the cabinets. And I cannot wait to start using them. (Currently still being installed).

Quality cabinets
The ones we chose were plywood construction and good quality. We also purchased some extra stain for any future needs. Stain was a bit pricey.
