Product works OK but the door loud when closing
This Product is an exact replica of our previous microwave with a few new features. But one thing stands out. The door seems clunky and very loud when closing. But the Microwave works as expected. No issues other than the weird door closing issue

I mostly have Sharp products in my home. For many years, ive trusted the Sharp products catalog. While renting a place that the landlord provided a microwave that failed less than 1 month into a 2 year lease, i immediately went to the Sharp website and purchased this microwave. A year and a half later, my Microwave is still perfect. Even after 3 power failures in our building, my Sharp microwave hasn't failed me.

The microwave is easy to use, powerful enough for all microwave meal needs, easy to keep clean. The optional trim ring was not able to be used, however, and required a custom ring installation for our enclosure size.

We use this product daily from meal preparation to heating water for tea. The carosel feature insures that food is cooked evenly. The best feature of this product is its longevity. the previous sharp microwave lasted 12 years until the timer pad finally quit. we are looking for another 15 years from this one

Solid microwave
This microwave was a great replacement for our older Sharp. It’s quiet, has no issues heating, and the options buttons work well (except popcorn, but that one never seems to work in any microwave I’ve ever had). Would recommend.
