Excellent product

I bought one of these UltraCyclone Vacs about a Year ago and it's the BEST little Vachum I've ever owned...I have like 5 other Shark Vachum Products 100% the Best

Average vacuum

Excellent suction from hard or smooth surfaces, but not great on materials such as a fabric sofa or loveseat. It is easy to handle, different attachments are easily interchangeable and it has a one touch empty feature, which did not work for me. I have to forcibly pull thr dust cup cover open while holding the release button. I found this about as effective as a Black & Decker hand held vacuum, just more expensive.

Could be a better vacuum

Love Shark, but this product is an EHH product. Great when its charged 100%, battery dies way too fast. I dont even it use it long, mostly for quick crumbs here and there from the kids and after 3-4 quick cleans(like turn on for 5 seconds to suck up crumbs), the battery light is already flashing. Not to mention the the plastic piece holding the attachments is broken and taped already.

Overall finest quality

I am so very pleased at the replacement of this cyclone hand held vacuum. The new design of the dust cup is a huge improvement over the one I purchased in February 2026. Kudos to Shark for making it right with me and my wife. As this our 4th shark hand held we will continue to recommend this and other shark products.

Best On The Market

This hand held SHARK Ultra Cyclone is the best on the market hands down! It has Power and Great Suction and the beater bar head is excellent to suck in pet hair from floor to fabrics. I have been using one for many years now and wanted another for additional vacuuming needs. If you want the BEST get this model!

cheap / does not hold up to occassional use

I brought this last year and sincerely wish I had not. I use it only once or twice a month if at all. Why? Because it does not do the job I purchased it for and is very hard to open the dust bin to clean. We had two dogs, had to say good bye to one and get another one, so we again have two dogs. Would be great if the sucking part didn't break

would be amazing if the dust cup on the tip where attachments go didn't break , I had to purchase 2 extras just in case after it broke once already! Please make an updated better quality cup! Lasted 2 months :(

High Hopes Dashed

I own a Shark ZU102 Rotator Pet Upright Vacuum with PowerFins HairPro and absolutely love it. I was looking for a handheld vacuum with similar technology for my car. This seemed to be the closest and it was on sale at a local store so I picked one up. HUGE disappointment. The suction isn't very powerful and it barely removes pet hair. I ended up having to bring my vacuum outside to clean my car. I guess Shark products are a hit or miss.

Do not buy if you need a handheld to last more than 10 minutes after charging for 6 hours each time! What a fail!

I received mine and I tried it out and it does not suck for some so powerful it has no suction to pick up dog hair I wasted my money

I love love this vacuum but there is a major flaw on this vacuum. The part where you attach the attachments is plastic and it has chipped/broken. With that being said I am only able to only use one attachment because the others ones just fall off. For the price this should be changed to something better. Either then that the suction is very good, it has a good run time for it being a hand-held vacuum.

Strong suction. I think the release for the garbage dump can be improved, other then that great!

Cheaply made

It’s an excellent vacuum, however it has one problem. The housing is made of plastic and a cracks very easy, although the warranty covered it the problem happened to me twice already, and I could just imagine that this will break again when it is off warranty and will have to be thrown away, so I’m not very pleased with this vacuum.

Junk

I bought this and i initially loved it. It slowly started getting more and more difficult to turn on until it eventually stopped. I bought a second one and the same thing happened both within 6 months.

Serious Design Flaw

I'm having the same exact problem as reviewer"pistol." The inlet tube where the various accessories plug in has a good size chip in it It started out as a small crack then got bigger until an entire piece chicken off. This problem causes major issues with suction power as well as the vacuums ability to hold any of the accessories in place.
