Would RecommendFit my Husqvarna perfectly and easily tore through a half acre of tall grass, two year-old weed stocks, and three-quarter inch saplings. I've tried at least a half dozen different rigs but this one took everything out. I recommend adding a metal plate between the head of the trimmer and the body because long grass tends to easily wind around above the blades.
Does Not Fit Craftsman!
Would Not Recommendsince it appears my review was REMOVED. This item does not for craftsman trimmers. I have the WS2200 and NONE of the bolts that attach it fit properly, the threads DO NOT line up! Should include the proper bolts to fit the brands listed or list specific models. Do Not Buy if you have Craftsman!

Would Not Recommendbought this to attach to my Craftsman WS2200. NONE of the supplied bolts fit into the trimmer, the threads are wrong and do not line up. Do Not Buy for Craftsman. Now I have to go back to the store and return it to get something that WILL work.

Would Not RecommendThis product was claimed to fit a Craftsman Weed Eater; however, it did not, which was very frustrating. Could you please be more specific about the exact model number and other relevant details? I find this incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, I need to visit Lowe’s again to exchange it. NOT built for the toughest of jobs!
Would Not RecommendThe plastic housing is molded to secure the jam nut. The problem is when the blades contact heavy brush, the head counter-rotates and strips the molded housing and the brush cutter head is no longer powered by the trimmer motor. I attempted to contact Shakespeare to suggest an easy solution, because this brush cutter could be a handy tool-but their customer service site is not enabled-convenient!
