The consistency easy when using and it had a good working time. I was able to mix partial bags since I work slow and get good coverage. The tiles didn’t sag and I was very happy with All Set.

Good mortar, but set's kind of fast for a DIYer
Would RecommendI like that this mortar could be mixed a little thinner to lay down the orange mats and then a little thicker to lay down the tile. I'll preface this with saying that this is my first time doing tile so I know I'm going slow, but I did end up mixing it a little thinner than they suggested when doing tile because even though I was mixing only a half a bag at time, it seemed to be setting up and getting hard to spread towards the end.
