Great than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute, save room space, obvious cleaning for the whole room after using. I'm living a small 1b1b so the battery is enough for cleaning the not too big apartment.

Small and lightweight.

Very easy to use and unusual in its practicality. Because it is small the jetbot will fit and clean in small bathroom spaces, like beside the toilet.

Works great on my vinyl floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a gift for Christmas. Only used it once, but it did do a good job. I found it a little difficult to maneuver with the remote control. I’m used to my robot vacuum that goes straight up and down. This goes in circles in one spot but I can get it to move eventually. The instructions don’t help too much on how to steer it. I’m going to try it again today.

Excellent

Pros: Excels at cleaning our hardwood floors. Easy to clean pads. Con: Because of its slightly domed shape, it will sometimes wedge itself under cabinet overhangs and stop.

Works well for max 12 months…

Worked well till 3 months out of the warranty date. If you want a long lasting product, this isn’t the one for you.

Wiping not moping

This product is is not for moping, it should say Jetbot Wiping. I would have returned it but I was oversees and was not able to use it on time. It has several blind spots while cleaning. This technology is working in progress.

Great When It Works

Second time this product has failed for me. It was repaired once before and now most of the plastic pieces holding the main top plastic and bottom plastic assembly have broken and were rattling on the inside of the JetMop. When it works its wonderful, but these now regular just out of warranty failures with main plastic parts breaking from stress is a BIG problem.

Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jetbot Mop does a decent job. It did have difficulty detecting my area rug. It’s very thin which is understandable why it went over it. Good quality.

Love my Robotic Cleaning Crew!!

I've owned this mopping robot for about a year now and I really love it!!! Just bought additional mop pads so I can change them out when they get dirty. I use it mostly in the kitchen where I have tile floors and it cleans very well. Coupled with the Jet Bot AI+, they make quite a Robotic cleaning crew!! Work smarter, not harder!!:) I highly recommend.

Time saver

Good mop bad robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it has map or you can control it through your phone like the vacuum robot. Or at least tills you if the water is finished or somthing

Great Product

very efficient. great for hard floors and easy to put on charge.

Disappointed

doa. never worked out of thr box. never could get jetmop to fully charged on different outlets. always says it needs to be charged.

Only lasted for five cleans

this thing does not last very long. we ran it about five times before the battery stopped charging and there is no way to replace it without purchasing a new one. other reviews have also mentioned having an issue with the battery not lasting very long.

Only use water

I like that I could put it in the room and close the door and could be cleaning other rooms.

Great robot mop.

Working great. We needed to adjust to how to use but it has done a wonderful job so far. Use a couple tube barriers like draft protectors to block the area it will work in. Easier than boxes I've seen video reviews do. We let it run at night before turning in. It doesn't wifi but doesn't need to, just turn on, let run. Our floors are older laminate but are shining now. For buffing once in a while just run it with dry pads. Easy storage.

Works good

Easy to use. It's small and lightweight. It has a timer on it, so you can leave your home and let it mop. For really hard stains you'll have to get them off another way
