Nice so far

Still new, but so far bigger than our previous 28 cubic ft and nice to have the built in tablet and tv

Love it but not user friendly as I hoped.

The refrigerator itself is very spacious and I like the layout except for a few things: In the freezer portion, the upper drawer is hard to push back to get to lower freezer. The electronics on the door is not as up to date/user friendly as I had hoped. Samsung should provide a video on how to work the electronic on the door, I shouldn't have to read a whole booklet to learn how to work it. Poor customer service

Product is not poor but delivery was a mess and the follow on customer service was terrible. The delivery team damaged my house, I called within minutes of them leaving and was told I would be taken care of. Also my microwave was not installed despite being told several times it would be. I filed a claim and never heard anything after that despite calling several times I will never recommend lowes to anyone. Take peoples money and then not make things right.

Fridge doors open smoothly, touch screen door is a decent amount slower than even a tablet or phone. But is functional and responsive. the cooling functionality is phenomenal especially the feature that chills products in the fridge or freezer rapidly a cold soda takes only 10 minutes when the feature is active. Love the refrigerator, ice making is not what I expected, it took about 3 days to get the drawers full. Water function and built in water dispenser is a gamechanger

Easy setup and great features

We love this refrigerator! It was easy to set up and connect to our SmartThings account. Great features like the shopping list and calendar, plus the connectivity to our tablet and phones. We haven’t used the AI feature yet.
