Bad refrigerator; poor middle horizontal section
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The middle horizontal section is terrible. It doesn't freeze food. It's a waste of space. I put chicken in it and it didn't freeze. In fact, nothing freezes. The middle horizontal sections ruins the refrigerator. It was so bad that we returned it.

Excellent refrigerator so far. It’s easy to organize, has gallon storage in the door so it maximizes shelf space. The ice is wonderful with two sizes. Easy to connect to use as a smart hub with great features to create recipes and shopping lists.

Would RecommendI fell in love with this refrigerators look as soon as it was delivered. In no time the cooling was kicking in allowing me to move items from my old refrigerator into the current refrigerator. Samsung consistently exceeds my expectations. I like the accessibility of the shelves and how I can adjust them if needed. I like being able to be organized having that fourth drawer that can be a refrigerator or freezer type option. The consistency of the products is what keeps me coming back.

Great features and new command center.
Would RecommendLove this refrigerator. The ability to customize settings and having AI track what is inside is amazing. Especially when shopping. Now all I have to do is login and take a peek if I have any questions about what I need. Integrated Alexa and being able to link Arlo is also a plus. Plus my kids love that they can leave doodles on the drawing board. No more magnets and pics all over. They have been replaced with a family command center.

No Ice
Would Not RecommendThis fridge has been a huge disappointment. Barely made ice, then stopped. Had it “fixed” under warranty. We were told it probably was a factory defect. Now that it is 2 months out of warranty, it has the exact same issue, the coolant is leaking again, not maintaining freezer temps, so it cannot make ice. Samsung tried to tell us it has been left open. The seal is fine. If it was left open, it would eventually freeze again, but cannot get colder than 17 degrees. It says it is -2, until you reset...
