Nice refrigerator, terrible mfg service

The refrigerator is fine, no problems yet. It is a warranty replacement for another which broke 2x in the first 8 months. The main problem was the incredible run-around from Samsung in every aspect of getting it replaced. Terrible unclear and complex procedures. Absolutely frustrating!

Professional job to delivered and installed.

This is a good refrigerator so quite.nice and cold water we can drink. After all looking good refrigerator wonderful design.

Amazing features

I love the water dispenser refills immediately ergonomic design is great it provides the perfect capacity for special occasions and everyday use and the finishing on the fridge is great!

Persistent intermittent water drip

I purchased the Samsung RF27 and experienced intermittent water drips from the door dispenser on two separate RF27 units (All within 30 days of purchase). We noted several events from the first day we received the replacement, with drips occurring daily at irregular intervals, typically 2–6 hours after dispensing. Easy to use and organize

Serious Design Flaw or Manufacturing failure

Serious design flaw. the glass shelf is fused to the drawer/tray, and but it is not properly sealed, and food spills get unerneath the glass. Since you can't take it apart it is extremely difficult to clean

Lasted 3 months

Great look, however after 3 months the compressor went out. Took Samsung over a month to resolve this issue. Dealing with Samsung customer service was a nightmare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems good so far. Drawers seem a bit lighter than previous frigidaire gallery and ice jams up easily in ice tray which is difficult to remove. Have the 5 year warranty. Will update if I need to use it. So far satisfied.

I'm also have an issue with things on the very top rack freezing and I also have an issue with things on the very top rack freezing .
