Easy to use and feel much safer about house and pets

Used day in and day out to watch our cats. Great motion detection so we can know what they get up to day and night. If we ever wonder who did what or want to see a cute kitty sleeping all we have to do is go into the app and look.

Have not received my 2 packs of 3 cameras

No tracking number available only that it’s with ups , it’s been almost 2 weeks! I’d really like my purchase and someone to track it down. It shouldn’t be my responsibility!

Camera ok - using a LOWE rebate card was DISASTER

Tried to buy with a Lowe’s rebate card and the process was a DISASTER!! The Lowe’s rebate card was not accepted at LOWES - the rebate program is a joke and not worth the effort !!

This is the best one of them all. Love the pan tilt doesn’t matter what direction I leave the camera in I can use my phone to change it and see a full 360 of my space

Clear video

I’ve been using the Ring Pan-Tilt indoor and it has been very reliable for home monitoring. The video quality is clear during both day and night. And the pan- tilt feature allows me to easily addjust the viewing angle to cover more space. Motion detection is responsive and alerts come through quickly on the app. The two way audio is clear enough for communication, and setup for simple and straightforward.

My biggest complaint is the lack of some features

It doesn't come with tracking features. It's easy to use and it's been reliable. If you get it on sale it's totally worth it. I got it because it is made out of light plastic and you can use the app to easily move it around and look around. The night vision is similar to other ring products. It's very good and it's worth it but on sale. Hopefully they will add the tracking feature vs. manual movements.

Compared to other places, Lowe’s has the best price, and this camera is excellent. I really love that it allows me to clearly see the entire room from every angle, leaving no blind spots.
