What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these windows for exceptional value and build quality that far exceeds expectations. Most highlight sturdy construction, easy installation with thoughtful flange design, and aesthetic benefits from tinted glass that reduces glare. Many were pleasantly surprised by durability despite initial skepticism about the low cost, with reviewers noting they would purchase again or recommend for both residential and non-residential use. A few customers reported receiving damaged units upon arrival, though this remains rare and unrelated to product design. Overall, most consider these windows an outstanding value.

Order not ready by far
When I got there, there order was not ready. I decided to get the windows myself. The cart's wheels (after trying 3 carts) were so bad (noise) that everyone in the store knew I was going thru the isles except for the store's assistant. Finally, I got to the window aisle and no one was around to get assistance. I waited about 15 min. So in short, the outing was about 40 min for 4 windows in stock when I initiated the order online just to make it time efficient, it was not. Sad.

Broken Window delivery
Would RecommendWindow delivered in the wrong spot, broken frame, and when I spoke to the delivery drivers about the window being broken, the driver said I have to call Lowe’s and they can’t take it back, because the store is closed. Even the proof of delivery photo is wrong.

mixed feelings
Would RecommendI got three of these window sets. only one of them actually operates properly when trying to remove them for cleaning. The wheels on the bottom of the window do not clear the sill. The fix the instalars did without my knowledge was removing the wheels. there is no way this tested at the factory.

Thank you for your review. We certainly apologize for the Lowe's store not meeting your expectations and causing such delay.
