Would Not RecommendWe bought two and neither came with keys. The instructions also dissent really explain how to set knee codes.
The physical and electronic setup is not easy, the keypad function doesn't work reliably within an hour of wasted time. I don't want to waste any more time programming than I already have.

Would Not RecommendI installed 6 of these, a breeze. I have yet to get one to program past the right/left door position. Many persons have had difficulty, but no solutions mentioned. Can someone give me the hint of what I'm missing...I only get blinking red lights when following instructions.

It is no bargainn if only one of the locks works.
Would Not RecommendI bought to install in my ski condo. The first lock worked fine. The second lock does not. Something in the back panel mechanism hangs up and the motor won't work. There is no customer service number or contact info to resolve problems from Reliabilt.in the package or online. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND OTHERRELIABILT PRODUCTS.

Good looks and strong lock performance
Would RecommendSolid product - looks good and works well. Matches up nicely with the Kwikset entry handle we also installed. Comparable in satin nickel look and finish. Installation was a bit complicated as Reliabilt doesn’t include the same mounting hardware conveniences as Kwikset. Programming the codes was simple on the second lock—but it took 15 minutes of playing with the first one to figure out how to set entry codes.
