What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the solid plywood construction, dovetail drawer slides, and soft-close hinges as premium features that feel durable and built to last. Most find assembly straightforward, typically taking one to two hours with clear instructions and labeled parts. However, many report visible finish damage upon arrival—chipped or cracked surfaces on corners and frames—with some noting every unit purchased had similar defects. Several mention missing pre-drilled holes requiring manual drilling, and a few report hardware inconsistencies. Despite cosmetic concerns, most customers consider the sturdy build and thoughtful design worthwhile.

Good cabinet but first shipment should get to you intact. Bought two of these, both wrecked in transit and fully two days late (vs. promised date). Fortunately, I was home to reject the delivery otherwise I would have been stuck returning them to a store (no truck!).
Great ready to assemble cabinet.
Would RecommendPlywood construction was a plus. No partical board. Construction was very easy as everything was labeled and fit was great. Finish was nice

Received with pieces broken and no help from Lowes
Would Not RecommendI ordered a total of six cabinets. The other five were fine, but Pull-Out cabinet arrived with broken pieces, one of which was the part that holds two trash cans. I contacted Lowe's customer service and was told I would have to return the cabinet and get a replacement. This was a special order and took a couple of weeks to get it. There was no other offer to assist. I glued the pieces together and hoping it holds up. Sadly it isn't a good look, but its in my garage.

Good product for the money.
Great product for the price. Easy to assemble. Only draw back was a couple of screws required a pilot hole that wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Doing so without pilot will cause the wood to split. (I believe this was the back panel.
