What Customers Are Saying
Most customers praise the product's appearance and performance, finding it satisfactory for their needs. However, a notable group reports that the finish does not match the rest of their cabinet series, appearing noticeably whiter or inconsistent. Several also mention alignment issues, such as drawers not lining up with adjacent cabinets or the footer being deeper than expected. Despite these concerns, most customers remain satisfied overall.

Would Not RecommendReceived this item with 2 deep scratches, 1 very visible in an upper drawer. Item overall seems sturdy, but to arrive with deep scratch with no visible packaging issue feels yikes for a $300 cabinet.

Delivered damaged twice
Would Not RecommendI ordered these cabinets for a project and they were delivered damaged. I returned them and reordered them and the second order they were delivered damaged as well. One time I understand, but after the second delivery I gave up and looking for cabinets someplace else.
well made
Would Recommendreceived my cabinets yesterday , they're well made and what i needed to wrap up my mom's bathroom. However because of poor packing my cabinet is scratched. Contracted customer service to enquire about getting touch up paint and struck out. Hope i can match the paint I'd hate to return it, wouldn't want to wait another 3 weeks...
Shipping nightmare
The order was to arrive on the 12th. No data related to how they would ship. First the order showed delayed. I took that as they didn’t have the units yet. Then it showed shipped but didn’t show up until the 15th. And then the order was wrong and they shipped the wrong size. Passed on and on to customer service people…no resolution. I either want 5he difference refunded or 5he right size delivered and the wrong one taken away. Then they say I have to bring it back….bull.
Not matching the rest of the cabinets
Would Not RecommendIt does not match the rest of the cabinet of this series. Its whiter, the drawers are not alined with the cabinet next to it. The footer is also an inch deaper. Ver disappointing

Lowe’s blew it every step of the way.
Same model as my current cabinets that I was trying to match but very different. 3 inch frame on the shaker door instead 2”. I spent the next two hours on the phone trying to get a person who barely spoke English to understand what I was saying, which finally happened. I got him to agree to send me a replacement that had a 2 inch frame on the door was the same color and I needed it by Friday. I gave my credit card information and then he never placed the order. This is a huge red flag to me. ...
Where is my shelf
Missing a shelf the clips are there but the shelf is not. Also the hinges are not even tightened and during shipping vibrated and scared up the frame a bit.
