Falling apart

The last 10-15 boxes I've used the tissues have literally fallen apart when I take them out of the box. I thought maybe it was just a bad run, but the problem has never gotten better.

Long time Puffs user UNTIL now.

I bought a 4-pack of the ultra soft Puffs for colds/allergies for my family. After my first use, I found small balls of tissue inside my nose and around my nose on my face. I would not think of using this for my toddler granddaughter to be inhaled into her little nose.Whatever change you all made was not for better

Getting smaller

I see you Puffs…you think we don’t notice, but when I’ve used your product for 15 years, and can tell you’re cutting edges, literally, and the tissue is smaller now...you aren’t fooling me! Additionally…fire your design team…the designs are ugly and remind me of my mom’s curtains from the 80’s.

Changes made have ruined the product.

Now they are stuffed into what must be a smaller box as I have to sacrifice 6 tissues before one will come out whole. Also, they started leaving residue on my face.

Will not Purchase these tissues again

I have always used Puffs facial tissues. My eyes water a lot so I am always wiping them with a Puffs tissue. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this recent purchase. The tissue leaves little white flakes around my eyes. I have never had this problem before. I guess I’ll have to change brands now if this is the way they will be.

Bad product

I have always used kleenex brand tissues and by mistake purchased puffs. I have never had such a bad experience with white residue left on my face. They are absolutely unable to use and will throw away my other box. I will stick to kleenex and make sure I never by Puffs again.

Multipack tissue boxes are always crushed

I love Puffs tissues but the cellophane on the multipacks is always wrapped too tight. I always am careful picking out the pack and I cut the cellophane off with scissors and still find that at least 2 out of the 3 boxes are all a bit crushed and look ugly.

Need more dispensing options!

I love Puffs, please make Puffs for cars-visor or cup holder dispensers! Love the Halloween and pocket packets too…but hard to find!

It just seems like Proctor

The most disappointing issue with Puffs long box 124 count is that the bottom 5 tissues are folded in half to give the impression that it is a full box. It just seems awfully cheap. How much more can an extra 5 tissues cost?

Bring back the puffs everyday brand

Bring back the puffs everyday brand. Those were better than being forced to buy these puffs ultras or puffs with lotion that I don't need or want.

Horrible

Have not purchased puffs since you quit making them 3 ply. The 2 ply are no good. You say you have not changed your product, but that is a lie.

Falls apart in my nose

I'm not going to buy your Kleenex anymore because it leaves pieces of tissue in my nose everytime I use it. I'm tired of picking little pieces of it from my nose. It does it everytime I use it.

Not strong, falls apart

This product has changed over the past few years. It rips easily, and the two plies often fall apart. It’s also not as soft as it was, and is no longer strong. Perhaps the name should change, or the product restored. It leaves little bits of tissues on my eyes and nose.

The box size was changed!

I like your product, but why did you change the size?! I have a ceramic holder that use to fit the box. But about a month ago the size changed. I cannot cram the box inside the holder so I have to open up the cardboard container and try to take out the contents carefully and put it inside my ceramic holder. Does not work very well. I'm not going to get rid of my ceramic holder it matches a liquid foamer hand soap dispenser. So I guess I'll just have to buy another brand. Why did you change? M

Partial sheets folded sheets

Over the last few years Puffs Ultra Soft tissues’ quality has declined. The bottom several sheets are folded over and now there are many partial sheets.

You can't figure it you yourself!

we really like these tissues. we do have a complaint though: when you get down toward the bottom of the box, the last few tissues are folded so it's hard to get them out. It seem obvious that this is done on purpose to make the box appear to have more tissues in it. My question is why be deceptive? If you have to raise your price just do it! “Ultra Soft” Apparently Means Ultra Sloppy

Puffs Ultra Soft was a huge disappointment. The tissues in this box were stacked crooked, uneven, and completely cattywompus, as if quality control never looked at them. Even worse, they are not soft at all. They feel thin, rough, and cheap, more like flimsy one-ply tissues than a premium product. For the price and the name, I expected much better quality. This box was sloppy and unacceptable.

The next tissue will not come up

When you take out one tissue, the other one will not come up. You need to reach in to pull it up. This is not satisfactory, especially when you get towards the end.

Puffs are soft yet strong.

Will only buy Puffs. They even went through washer and dryer and never shredded.
