What Customers Are Saying

This tabletop tile saw offers mixed performance. It can handle basic tile cutting tasks adequately, but may struggle with thicker or more delicate tiles, resulting in chipping and poor edge quality. The plastic construction raises durability concerns, with some reports of parts breaking or the blade becoming unstable over time. While it provides a budget-friendly option, customers should carefully consider their specific needs and be prepared to potentially upgrade components or replace the saw if persistent quality issues arise. For more extensive tile work, a higher-end wet saw may be a better long-term investment.

not bad for quick home backsplash

Would Recommend

I found this tile to spray alot of water at you, even with the water guard. The blade that coome with it is poor quality, basic only for maybe procelain or other tiles....DO NOT USE FOR GLASS/MOSAICS! Definitely worth the purchase of a seperate diamond glass/mosiec blade an I have done 3 backsplashes with. If you are doing a large job, with a lot of cutting, I would upgrade to a bigger & better saw. Great for small homewoner DIY jobs.

Good machine but 2 improvements needed

This tile cutter works well but - the diamond wheel is too coarse. A few more industrial diamonds would make it great Also, I had to add a washer and spring washer to the shield to stop it drooping during cutting. These modifications would not cost a lot. Come on Project Source "up your game"!!

Worked for a small job.

Would Not Recommend

Ended up finishing with a grinder and disk because the water that came out was electrified. Nice little zap, even with the cord properly positioned. possibly unsafe. Also, make slow cuts because it's not powerful and chips tile easily. Most of my cuts were going to be hidden so not a big deal.

This won’t rust away on you.

Would Recommend

I had a small (plastic) wet saw that I finally killed. Many of the new smaller saws are made from metal which will rust if you don’t clean them religiously after each use. That’s why I settled on this saw. I’ve only used it a couple times now but have no complaints. The fence locks in and stays where you set it. It’s easy to drain the water out and give it a quick rinse. Great for small jobs.

It worked for me

Would Recommend

A tile cutter would be my tool of choice but We made a mistake in measuring and needed to cut 1/4 inch off the width from 2 foot tiles. This saw worked fine. The cut was not as clean as the tile cutter nor near as quick but it saved us from having to rent one.

A mess of a tile saw!

Would Not Recommend

Blade seem to be moving up & down while rotating. ( I put the blade on the right way.) causing the hold thing to vibrate hard. Spinning blade throws a lot of water up on the blade guard. Making it hard to see where the cut is made. Saw's table top has no fence. It's channel on the table top is shallow unlike on a table saw. So attachments that could have used it. will not work. It's tool that came with it does not function. The saw also breaks the tile at the end of the cut every time. Note ...
