Waiting for installation took a week.

Product was just installed this week so experience is limited. It is quieter than previous disposal. We arranged for installation through Lowe's and received a call within the 48 hrs period however we could not get installation until the following week. Waiting with a leaky prior disposal was inconvenient but service visit was excellent and technician knowledgeable, easily explained what he was doing and why and it was overall a good experience.
