What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this drain strainer for its affordability, perfect fit in standard sinks, and reliable performance. Most highlight its ability to catch food debris while allowing efficient drainage, with many noting it works better than original fixtures. The stainless steel basket is appreciated for durability and shine. Some report the rubber stopper loses elasticity over time or fails to seal completely, and a few mention the metal construction feels flimsy. Despite minor sealing concerns, most customers consider it an excellent value for the price.

Would RecommendRecently purchased this and found it be very simple to use, looks great, gets the job done and costs only about 1/3 of the other strainers.

Reasonable Product
It does its job. It's just a little awkward and you can't really shove it down to catch all things with the strainer or it will plug the drain.

Don't buy this one - spend a little more
Would Not RecommendI recently purchased an older home and it didn't have any plugs/strainers for the kitchen or laundry sinks. I really needed one, so I just picked the cheapest one that looked like it would fit. Bottom line: it works, but just barely. It seals, but not tightly in either sink. I wish I would have purchased a higher quality one. This one is barely better than junk.
