What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the strainer's universal fit across various sink types, reliable food particle straining, and excellent affordability. Most highlight its straightforward design and solid performance relative to cost, with many noting it outperforms their previous drain components. The stainless steel basket receives particular appreciation for its clean appearance. However, some express concerns about plastic components in the stem and stopper, which can slip or lose elasticity over time. A few report slow drainage or compatibility issues, though most consider these minor trade-offs for the low price and dependable core functionality.

Would Not RecommendI recently purchased an older home and it didn't have any plugs/strainers for the kitchen or laundry sinks. I really needed one, so I just picked the cheapest one that looked like it would fit. Bottom line: it works, but just barely. It seals, but not tightly in either sink. I wish I would have purchased a higher quality one. This one is barely better than junk.
