Terrible customer service
The toilet is great. Your customer service stinks. I ordered delivery on line. They dropped in the garage and broke it. Then I was told I had to return it to Lowe's. I am 76 yrs old, I can't pick it up to put in my car. They told me to get a neighbor to help. Really??

Shortly after I ordered it, I got a call from Lowe's informing me that the one they had available was in a badly damaged box and did not recommend I buy it.
