Would Not RecommendWe put the bowl in and then started to put the tank on and it’s a different color!!! The bowl is white and the tank is a light beige!! Also, the “directions” only show parts and then say to just do it.

they did deliver it but never knocked on the door so they left it outside in the pouring rain. I just don't understand why change delivery in house to out source

Cracked toilet tank on one
it's been almost exactly 6 months since purchased and it started leaking. I found a Crack in the bottom of the tank that continues up the back

Would RecommendI purchased two of these toilets to replace very old units. They are contractor grade products and have no extra bells and whistles. However, the quality of the porcelain appears to be a very good grade and the overall design is well-proportioned. We purchased the 17" high rim for comfort and the elongated seat. Didnt even work
Bought brand new - bring it home - install it. Does not fill. Replace the guts with the old toilets guts and it works just fine. If it wasnt so cheap at $99 I wouldve been really really irritated. Wasnt worth uninstalling, taking back and getting a new. Not impressed.

Lousy service
Would Not RecommendI ordered this toilet almost a month ago. The toilet is fine, works fine. This review is more towards the contractor Lowe's used to deliver and install it. After 1 delay and then cancellation of the install I am still waiting for thumbtack, a shady and unreliable company, to refund my money. They are quick to charge and extremely slow to refund my money. I would not do business with thumbtack or Lowe's again. I don't trust either of them to be honest or fair.
