Great toilet, missing parts
Would Not RecommendOur plumber had to run to a location hardware store to purchase a seat ($40) plus the floor caps ($5), as both were missing from the box.

Would Not RecommendThe toilet dose not have a very high water level in it, therefore after each bowel movement it has to be cleaned. Also, one of the toilets I purchased the tank does not even fill up with water or if it does the toilet will fill up but the tank will not refill. The refund process is a huge process. Wish I could at least get a refund of some sort.

Damaged on Arrival
Would Not RecommendProduct worked fine. I was excited for the purchase, but disappointed in the condition and arrival of the products. My rating is due to the condition the items arrived on delivery. Also one of the toilets (did not know before installation) it was already opened and returned and had plumbing putty on the toilet. Unfortunately I could not return it because they already installed it. I was very disappointed of that.
Buyer beware
I received a toilet with a hairline crack and when I picked it up it shattered in my hands caused a large laceration on my thumb went to the ER they sent me to the hospital had to get x rays and stitches.
