We purchased this White sink and top for a restoration project and paid hourly for contractor to pick up and install and for a plumber to come out and install the new faucet. Then finding a leak but the problem was not with the faucet, the sink drain part had a crack in it, so he had to remove the faucet. So then another expense to have the contractors come out and remove the sink top and return for another and then reinstall it and now schedule the plum...

Nice Wider Vanity
Would RecommendThis is a nice, bright white Vanity. It is particle board, so you might want to seal up the raw edges with paint. ( learned that from experience!) Got the 30ā model for more space. It has one internal shelf. Nothing fancy but looks nice. Photo looks like it has gray sides (store lighting) but itās all white. Store display doors werenāt straight but one I bought had straight doors.

Nice looking, very basic sink with a durable top.
Would RecommendIt met my renovation needs. Itās efficient. Very basic design. The base is particleboard but the sink top is cultured marble and heavy. Expect that to last a long time. A lot of storage space in one big compartment under the sink.

loose interpretation of "fully assembled"
Cabinet portion was assembled, except for bottom shelf, but the sink was not attached to cabinet. Shelf slid in ok and I was able to handle it, but I had to go to the hardware store to get adhesive and glue it together, which I was not expecting to have to do.

Would RecommendThis was a great full vanity, but it wasnt actually 36ā. The cabinet vanity itself was true to size. The top was 36.25 in the front 36.5 in the back and it ultimately needed to be sanded. The doors are a bit uneven too. I had to fit it in between two walls to replace my 1980 vanity so itās still an āupgradeā. It worked for a basic budget friendly replacement. The top does scratch extremely easy and has a very plastic type look. I still recommend it if you want what you are paying for. Iām overa...
