Would Not RecommendI would give zero stars if I could. I ordered this grab bar online. It didn't arrive when they said it would. No big deal. Next day still no item. Tracked it at Fed Ex website. It said it was undeliverable. Called Fed ex to find out why. Fed Ex said the box they received from Lowe's was empty and can't ship. Called Lowe's. Manager would not talk to me. He told the CRS that it was unlikely that they gave Fed Ex an empty box. Could not cancel the order because "it has already shipped". Would not ...

Installation of shower safety bar
Would RecommendAngi contracted with a 3rd party. His name was Damien while he did a good job with the instillation of th,e shower bar, he initially wanted to charge us $200, and then quickly came down to $100 . We agreed on $80. Even when given the $80 after the job was completed he wanted more money.

Beware the phantom install
Would Not RecommendInstall was scheduled for 7/2. I had surgery 7/1. Was told they would be here between 2-5PM. My husband called, the new ETA is 2-6PM. No call, no show, so I called 888-516-1010 at 6:30, still no firm ETA on the install. I told them screw it, cancel everything, filed complaint with the BBB. My husband said that Lowes sucked, and I wish I had listened.
