Would Not RecommendSo, have had this in about 8 months or so and noticed the handle has gotten hard to move, took the handle off and sprayed an all-purpose lube over the area that is supposed to move around when using the faucet but it still is tight to the point when I try to use it I am wondering if it is going to break from the pressure needed to move it, am going name brand to replace, highly disappointed

Leaks from the swing arm - can't recommend
Would Not RecommendEasy to install, but it leaked from the center hole. Re-read instructions and one small sentence says to seal the top to the sink. Did that, still same leak. Lowes guy said I had a bad faucet so bought another installed with seal - same leak. Water just pours out of the center hole between the connecting tubes. I think the swing arm is not sealed and when you get water up near the faucet it can surprising easily run through the joint and out the bottom into the sink cabinet. Taking it back...
