Needed a sharp cutter with a retractable blade to cut the carpet into runners to protect out new floor from being damaged while moved in, this was a good choice

Its an okay knife if your not gonna be using it a whole lot. The slide is flimsy and the blade will go back inside if you’re not holding the knife right. The screw holding it all together is fairly cheap and will strip easily so DO NOT use your impact to open it (ask me how I know) I will say other than that it’s not a bad knife.
