What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the sturdy construction and straightforward installation, with most noting the brackets easily support heavy clothing loads and perform reliably for closet projects. However, many express frustration with the plastic rod holder, which frequently snaps under normal use and fails to secure the rod properly. Several reviewers report removing or replacing the plastic component entirely. A few mention minor alignment inconsistencies between brackets purchased separately. Despite the flawed rod holder, most customers consider the core bracket itself well-made and worth the investment for closet organization.

Would Not RecommendI bought these to make a shelf with a hanger rod. The brackets are inconsistent shape and angles. Had to return one just to find one that was close. Fortunately the shelf is in the closet where guests dont see it. The inconsistency in the brackets makes the shelf wavy. This is even after verifying level.

Gets the job done
I have ordered this same thing twice and this one showed up with the metal at a different angle so it doesn't match my previous purchase. Still if good quality just disappointing that they dont match.

Heavy Duty White Shelf Great Design
Would RecommendI Would Recommend This Great Product And I Love This Shelf Bracket And It's Very Heavy Duty I Bought 3 Of Them
Stupid design for a heavy duty bracket
Would Not RecommendThe bracket is very nice and built well. My problem is the stupid plastic clip-on holders. We had an accident and a few of them broke. Why would you use a plastic clip on holder for a ‘heavy duty’ bracket? Then to top it off, they do not sell it individually. You have to buy a complete bracket or replace them completely!! Very poor….
Poor design
Would Not RecommendBought 4, 2 of them had crooked closet rod holders, and 1 of them was rusted underneath the paint. Definitely pay attention while buying. Worst parts though- the closet rods barely snap into the bracket, the pop out very easily. Will have to find a way to secure them that looks good. Also the they’d cannot be longer than the bracket support. My shelf I bought hangs out above the closet rod and it’s such a poor design that there is less than an inch of clearance between the shelf and closet rod ...
