Flimsy latches
Would Not RecommendThe latches are flimsy, had to dig through several to find one that didn't have any broken off. Found sturdier ones for less elsewhere

Large capacity bin to replace the old ones I couldn't see through. This is set up for stacking along with keeping water out and has latches to keep the lid on. The wheels are a bonus because once it is loaded, you don't have to pick up the whole thing. Just use the handle and wheels and move it where you need to.

Would Not RecommendHandle, wheels and lockable lid is great but don't be fooled by the Heavy Duty claim. sides cracked the first time it was transported. would be fine if it sits in one place. but then... of course, the handle and wheels are only for decoration
