Except for placing my order, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase. On June 26, 2026, I ordered a 28-in to 48-in White Steel Single Curtain Rod, Item #972007, Model #08-9575, @$5.37, I was told to expect delivery the next day, June 27. Lowe’s tracking indicated it arrived in Sacramento, about 30 minutes away from my location, from Fresno that day. There it remained until 7/4/26, when tracking indicated it arrived in Maryland.
