Except for placing my order, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase. On June 26, 2026, I ordered a 28-in to 48-in White Steel Single Curtain Rod, Item #972007, Model #08-9575, @$5.37, I was told to expect delivery the next day, June 27. Lowe’s tracking indicated it arrived in Sacramento, about 30 minutes away from my location, from Fresno that day. There it remained until 7/4/26, when tracking indicated it arrived in Maryland. Would Not RecommendI ordered two rods. They were delivered much later than promised, and when they arrived, both were bent. I straightened out a bend in the middle of one of them, but it is still crimped and still bent on the end. The other one is bent and twisted. They are not usable.

Would RecommendThese are quite sturdy for how flimsy and cheap they feel. I hung some heavy blackout curtains from them and everything has stayed up without issue. The trim around my windows is white so the rod just blends in and you really don't even notice it.
