Frustrated with Lowes online order system

This is the fourth time in a row Lowes online ordering system has screwed up an order. 3 times, "order by 2 pm and get it delivered same day" order canceled. Order and pick up, order changed from muriatic acid to chlorine. Lowes needs some competition in our town. Customer service is poor. Wood is a joke. Im nearly 70 and loading a 6x6 12' beam from the mess on the racks, while a kid in uniform walks right past says it all.
